This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on or before December 2, 2019, between Kaleido Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and William Duke (the “Employee”) and is effective as of the date executed by the parties hereto (the “Effective Date”).
