THIS AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of February 27, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) and Jay Young (the “Employee”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Employment Agreement (as defined below).
