AGREEMENT OF SUBLEASE (this "Sublease"), made as of the 24th day of February, 2020 (“Effective Date”), between Futurewei Technologies, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Sublandlord/Sublessor"), and DASAN ZHONE SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Subtenant/Sublessee").
