This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of October 22, 2019 (the “Execution Date”) with an effective date of November 4, 2019 or such other employment commencement date as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Executive (the “Effective Date“), by and between Assembly Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal executive offices at 11711 N. Meridian Street, Suite 310, Carmel, IN 46032 (the “Company”), and Luisa M. Stamm, M.D., Ph.D. (the “Executive”).
