THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made as of the 2nd day of January, 2020 (the “Date of Hire”), between Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”), Virginia Commonwealth Bank, a wholly-owned bank subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”), and Michael H.
