This Long-Term Incentive Award Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of February 5, 2020 between PCTEL, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and _____________ (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”), is intended to memorialize the authorization by the Company’s Board of Directors on February 5, 2020 (the “Date of Grant”) of an equity award to Participant under the Company’s 2020 long-term incentive plan (“LTIP”).
