This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of December 16, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) between CMRG APPAREL, LLC, (the “Company”), a “Related Entity” as defined in the 2016 Incentive Compensation Plan (as amended), of Destination XL Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021 (“DXLG” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and Ujjwal Dhoot (the “Executive”) having an address at 427½ Monmouth Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302.
