This TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March 25, 2020, among Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Jacobs US”), Jacobs U.K. Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (“Jacobs UK”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
