This AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of April 17, 2020 (this “Amendment”), is made by and among AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), BNP PARIBAS, as administrative agent for and on behalf of the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and the Lenders listed on the signature pages hereto.
