Whereas, by that certain Index to Lease with an execution date of July 3, 2014 (such lease, including any rules or regulations that have been or may be promulgated thereunder, being referred to herein as the “Original Lease”), between Bryan J. Koop, Michael A. Cantalupa and Mortimer B.
