This FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “First Amendment”), dated as of April 29, 2020, is made and entered into by and among MGM RESORTS INTERNATIONAL, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties under the Credit Agreement referred to below, each of the Lenders (as hereinafter defined) party hereto and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent under the Credit Agreement referred to below (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
