This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AMPLIFY ENERGY CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and TONY LOPEZ (the “Employee”), effective as of May 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), on the terms set forth herein. The Company and Employee may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
