THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of June 18, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between DASAN Zhone Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Philip John Yim (“Executive”).
