This Amendment No. 3 to Employment Agreement, (the "Amendment"), is entered between Audio Products International Corp., an Ontario Corporation, (the "Employer"), and Oscar Bernardo, (the "Employee"), and together with Employer, the "Parties", and each, a "Party".
