This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) to the Base Indenture (as defined below) is entered into as of July 31, 2020, by and among PMT ISSUER TRUST – FMSR, a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Issuer”), CITIBANK, N.A.
