This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November 7, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Addus HealthCare, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and Michael D. Wattenbarger, an individual domiciled in the State of Texas (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
