This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of September 30, 2020, between Kaleido Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel Menichella (the “Employee”) and is effective as October 13, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
