AGREEMENT (this “Amendment"), dated November 12, 2020 (the "Amendment Effective Date"), is made and entered into by and among Zions Bancorporation, N.A. dba Amegy Bank (together with its successors and assigns, "Lender"), Fuse Medical , Inc .
