THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 19, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Altabancorp (formerly known as People’s Utah Bancorp), a Utah corporation (the “Bancorp”), Altabank (formerly known as People’s Intermountain Bank), a Utah corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the Bancorp (the “Bank”) (the Bancorp and the Bank are referred to separately and collectively as the “Company”), and Mark K. Olson, an individual (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates that certain Employment Agreement, effective as of January 1, 2019, by and among Executive, the Bancorp and the Bank (the “Original Employment Agreement”).
