This SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of November 30, 2020 (this “Agreement”), is by and between SYNNEX Corporation., a Delaware corporation (“SYNNEX”), and Concentrix Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Concentrix”).
