FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of August 5, 2016 (this “Agreement”), among REYNOLDS GROUP HOLDINGS INC., a Delaware corporation (“RGHI”), PACTIV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Pactiv”), EVERGREEN PACKAGING LLC (formerly Evergreen Packaging Inc.), a Delaware limited liability company (“Evergreen” and, together with RGHI, and Pactiv, the “U.S. Borrowers” or the “Revolving Borrowers”), PACTIV EVERGREEN INC.
