This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AMPLIFY ENERGY CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and JASON MCGLYNN (the “Employee”), effective as of January 19, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), on the terms set forth herein.
