period commencing on the Original Issuance Date and ending on the day prior to the Reset Date and (ii) 10.00% per annum on the Series A Preferred Stated Value for the period commencing on the Reset Date. For any partial period of less than a year, the amount of the Series A Preferred Priority Return shall be prorated and computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
