THIS AMENDED & RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of March 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), and amends and restates in its entirety that Employment Agreement entered into as of September 7, 2020 by and between American Well Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Keith Anderson, an individual (the “Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
