Reference is made to that certain Uncommitted Master Repurchase Agreement, dated as of May 6, 2019, between INPOINT JPM LOAN LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (“Buyer”) (as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Master Repurchase Agreement, dated as of April 14, 2021, the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Agreement.
