THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective as of May 12, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Owl Rock Feeder FIC ORCIC Debt LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lender”) and Owl Rock Core Income Corp., a Maryland corporation (the “Borrower”). Lender or Borrower may be individually referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
