This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AMPLIFY ENERGY CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and ERIC E. DULANY (the “Employee”), effective as of May 17, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), on the terms set forth herein. The Company and Employee may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
