This Collaboration and License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 10, 2021 (the “Execution Date”) by and between REGENXBIO Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“REGENX”) and AbbVie Global Enterprises Ltd., a Bermuda company (“PARTNER”).
