Canopy Growth USA, LLC, (the “Company”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Canopy Growth Corporation (“Canopy”), appreciates your prior efforts as Canopy’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, and is pleased to now make an offer to you of full-time employment as Canopy’s Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the terms and conditions contained within this employment agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement replaces your prior employment agreement with the Company in its entirety.
