This Co-Founder’s Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of July 21, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), among Snap Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Robert Murphy (“Co-Founder”), and the other Holders signatory hereto (each, a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
