This Amended and Restated Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 12, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bob Petrou (“Consultant”) and NantHealth, Inc. This Transition Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 23, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Paul Holt (“Employee”) and NantHealth, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
