The undersigned, iSign Solutions Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (collectively with its subsidiaries, including, the subsidiaries listed in Exhibit 21.1 of the Registration Statement (as hereinafter defined), unless the context otherwise requires (the “Company”), hereby confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC.
