This NON-QUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of ____________________ (the “Grant Date”) between Turning Point Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and _____________ (the “Participant”), and is made pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
