In recognition of your contributions to Emerald Expositions, LLC (the “Company”), the Company has approved a special bonus for you equal to an aggregate amount of $700,000 (the “Deal Success Bonus”), to be payable as provided below, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this letter agreement.
