JOINDER AND AMENDMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of November 20, 2017 (this “Agreement” or “Joinder and Amendment Agreement”), by and among the Borrower (as defined below), the Guarantors, each New Term Loan Lender party hereto (a “New Term Loan Lender”), each Revolving Credit Lender and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent.
