THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT (“Joinder Agreement”) is executed as of August 17, 2021, by EACH OF THE ENTITIES IDENTIFIED AS “JOINING PARTIES” ON THE SIGNATURE PAGES OF THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT (each, individually, a “Joining Party” and collectively, the “Joining Parties”), and delivered to KeyBank National Association, as Agent, pursuant to §5.5 of that certain Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of August 7, 2019, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of October 3, 2019, as amended by that certain Second Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of July 10, 2020, and as amended by that certain Third Amendment to Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of July 20, 2021 (as amended, the “Credit Agreement”), by and among Sila Realty Trust Inc.
