THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as March 20, 2024 by and among SILA REALTY TRUST, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions and lenders from time to time party hereto (the “Lenders”), and TRUIST BANK, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders (the “Administrative Agent”).
