By signing this Agreement, the Employee and the Employer Group acknowledge that they have reached a final binding agreement as to the circumstances surrounding Employee’s separation from employment with the Employer Group under an Employment Agreement originally dated as of October 3, 2013 between Employee and SCH-AEON, LLC (f/k/a Strathspey Crown Holdings, LLC) which agreement was assigned in full to ALPHAEON. Each of Employee and Employer Group acknowledges that this document contains the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof:
