From: The persons listed in Schedule 1 to this Additional Facility AN Accession Agreement (the Additional Facility AN Lenders) such defined term to include any lender which becomes a New Lender in respect of Facility AN, by the execution by the Facility Agent of a Novation Certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 or Schedule 4 to this Additional Facility AN Accession Agreement.
