From: The persons listed in Schedule 1 to this Additional Facility AO Accession Agreement (the Additional Facility AO Lenders) such defined term to include any lender which becomes a New Lender in respect of Facility AO, by the execution by the Facility Agent of a Novation Certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Novation Certificate) to this Additional Facility AO Accession Agreement.
