This License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of November 15, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Angion Biomedica Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Angion”), and Ohr Cosmetics LLC, a Delaware corporation (“Ohr”).
