This Salary Continuation Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between First Clover Leaf Bank NA, located in Edwardsville, Illinois (the “Employer”), and Darlene McDonald (the “Executive”), effective as of the 1st day of July 2014, formalizes the agreements and understanding between the Employer and the Executive.

This Agreement is made by and between First Clover Leaf Bank, a federal savings bank (the “Bank”), with its principal office in Edwardsville, Illinois, and Lisa Fowler (“Executive”) and is effective as of January 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”). References herein to the “Company” mean First Clover Leaf Financial Corp., a Maryland corporation that owns 100% of the common stock of the Bank on the Effective Date. The Company is a signatory to this Agreement for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the Bank’s performance hereunder.
