This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of November 20, 2015, by and among EULAV Asset Management (the “Adviser”), Worthington Capital Management LLC (the “Manager”), EULAV Securities LLC (the “Distributor”) and Value Line Funds Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series Worthington Value Line Dynamic Opportunity Fund (the “Fund”), amends and restates the Expense Limitation Agreement, dated February 1, 2015 (as amended and restated from time to time, the “Agreement”).
