Kemble Avenue, Suite 110C, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 (“Borrower”), and HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, of 4th Floor, 452 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York 10018 (“Lender”) to set forth the terms and conditions for a loan from the Lender to the Borrower.
