THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made as of the 4th day of February, 2016 (the “Agreement”), by and among (i) NICOLET NATIONAL BANK (the “Bank”), a National Bank organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, a wholly owned subsidiary of NICOLET BANKSHARES, INC. (the “Company”), a bank holding company organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, (ii) the Company, and (iii) PATRICK J. MADSON, a resident of the State of Wisconsin (the “Executive”).
