This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 2, 2017 among JAMES RIVER GROUP HOLDINGS, LTD., a Bermuda company, and its successors and permitted assigns, as a Borrower; JRG REINSURANCE COMPANY LTD., a regulated insurance company domiciled in Bermuda, as a Borrower; and BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as Lender.
