THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of October 31, 2018 (as further amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), among SCIENCE APPLICATIONS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders (as defined in Article I), and CITIBANK, N.A.
