This Performance LTIP Unit Award Agreement (this “Award Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March [__], 2021 by and between Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), Braemar Hospitality Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and [_______________] (the “Participant”).
