This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 24, 2021 (as amended, restated, increased, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), is entered into by and among PHYSICIANS REALTY L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), PHYSICIANS REALTY TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Parent”), as Guarantor, the Lenders from time to time party hereto, and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as administrative agent (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”).
