This SECOND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made to be effective as of July 19, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among (i) CENTURY COMMUNITIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), (ii) the undersigned Guarantors, (iii) the undersigned Lenders, and (iv) TEXAS CAPITAL BANK, a Texas state bank, formerly known as TEXAS CAPITAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent (“Administrative Agent”).
